Data Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This policy describes our commitment to securing client data, AI privacy boundaries, and zero-trust infrastructure.
Data Security & Protection
At GlidedMatrix Technologies, we implement bank-grade security protocols to safeguard all proprietary codebases, application databases, and client communications. Security is integrated into every phase of our software development lifecycle.
Encryption Standard
We enforce AES-256 encryption at rest for all databases and backups, and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit across our networks.
Zero-Trust VPCs
Client applications are deployed inside isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with zero-trust networking boundaries and strict IAM permissions.
AI & ML Model Privacy
For custom AI development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows, we enforce strict isolation boundaries to protect your business intelligence.
No Public Training: Your proprietary data, documents, and query prompts are NEVER used to train or fine-tune public LLMs.
Private Endpoints: We route model traffic through enterprise-tier VPC proxies and private API endpoints with zero data retention policies.
Data Minimization: We sanitize input payloads prior to model ingestion to strip out unnecessary PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Isolated Vectors: Your vector databases and semantic search indexes are completely isolated, encrypted, and hosted on private infrastructure.
Data Retention & Deletion
We adhere to strict data retention rules, keeping data only as long as necessary to perform development services or as specified in individual client service level agreements (SLAs).
Regulatory Compliance
GlidedMatrix Technologies actively monitors regional data frameworks to ensure software solutions align with global compliance requirements:
If your project is subject to custom data processing agreements (DPAs) or industry-specific regulatory constraints, our compliance architects will work directly with your legal team to draft appropriate protocols.
